We currently manage in excess of 700 tenants in 97 commercial and industrial properties across KwaZulu-Natal. Our teams consist of property managers, leasing coordinators, credit controllers and maintenance inspectors. An associated financial division manages budgeting, preparing financial statements and ensures that rentals and recoveries are accurately determined.

Each community scheme administered by Maxprop has a dedicated team comprising of a Portfolio Manager, a Portfolio Administrator and a Secretary, which is further supported by centralised debt collection, creditors and accounting functions.
