Transfer Duty Changes After 2023 Budget Speech
During Wednesday's budget speech it was announced that there will be a change in transfer duties with each bracket increasing by 10%, with no transfer duty payable on properties sold for less than R1,100,00. This signals good news for first-time buyers as it will help many more people to afford to invest in their first property.
